Translate values into behaviors
For each value, list 3 concrete behaviors you want to see (e.g., Innovation → propose monthly experiments; Prototype quickly; Share learnings. Use these as hiring, review, and onboarding criteria.
Create a culture narrative for the site
Write a 2–3 paragraph “Our Culture” blurb (you already have one. Add 3–5 short value cards (title + 1-line description) to present visually on the careers page.
Embed culture into hiring & onboarding
Add a hiring checklist that checks for cultural fit and behavioral examples. Create a 1-week onboarding doc that introduces values, rituals, and communication channels.
Rituals & routines
Establish regular rituals: weekly team updates, monthly “demo + learn” sessions, quarterly all-hands, annual retreat. Document these rituals and include a “Life at Swiping” timeline on the careers page.
Communicate transparently
Publish a short monthly update (internal + optional public digest) highlighting wins, learnings, and product progress. Use public blog posts to showcase stories that reflect your values (e.g., how a design iteration improved UX).
Measure cultural health
Run a short employee pulse survey (5–8 questions) to measure trust, clarity, and belonging. Track retention, referral rates, time-to-hire, and NPS-like metrics for candidates and employees.
Make culture visible externally
Add short employee quotes/testimonials and 2–3 case studies showing collaboration. Show investor logos, team headshots, and benefits with long subtext (you already have content for those. Include a “How we work” or “Day in the life” micro-page or blog post.
Iterate & evolve
Every 6 months, revisit your values and behaviors based on survey feedback and business changes. Update the website copy and visuals to reflect real stories and new rituals.
